Lovely hotel, super clean and modern. The room was very spacious and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. The snacks and free coffee in the lobby were a nice touch. Excellent location as well within Hamilton - within walking distance of a mall and a cute market.

I had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and swift which I appreciated - check and out were very fast. The breakfast options were great. there was a great atmosphere . Everything felt new and clean without feeling too flashy or sterile. Room was quiet except for the fan. The location was perfect for meeting colleagues after the conference I was attending.

Brilliant location, in the heart of the city but easy enough to get to. 5 min stroll to Hess Village bars and restaurants. For a quick bite try Meltwich’s Cheese Grill on King St W. Car park was easily accessed (cost CAD20 pd) and handy to get onto the main roads. GO transit bus stop on the corner opposite to get to Toronto. Breakfast is buffet, complete with waffle maker and there is complimentary hot drinks at reception.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in on a business trip. The staff are happy and smile. It was spotlessly clean. Great location for me, with amazing views from my room over the lake. Secure parking, great facilities and a good buffet breakfast available from 6am. So the important question is would I recommend it.........ABSOLUTELY and I would not hesistate in a moment to come back. EXCELLENT HOTEL

The premises are modern and the building has safety procedures which are likely to please guests.
